In December 2017, the original color of Tucker 1044 was discovered by Rob Ida, Mike Tucker and Sean Tucker at Ida Automotive in Morganville, New Jersey. Motor House Media documented the discovery in this one-minute video.

It was a thrill for the Tucker 1044 Team to meet John Oates on Sunday at the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance. It turns out Tucker 1044 was one of his "three favorite cars of the show"....the other two won Best in Show.

Tucker 1044 Open House Draws a Great Crowd at Ida Automotive in New Jersey
Despite the threat of a Nor' easter, over 200 people came to Ida Automotive in Marlboro, New Jersey to view Tucker 1044. As seen below and as posted in several Facebook photo albums, a wonderful time was had by all.
